I am taking a group of people through a transformative journey that leads to health and wellness in mind, body and soul.
I will be sharing with you time tested traditions and all the best tips and tools that have helped me on my own journey.
From Yoga to breath awareness, from re-writing limiting beliefs to getting clear on goals and busting through obstacles, I will be there to guide you and hold you accountable over an 8 week period until you establish a rhythm and consistency in these practices.
At the end of the 8 weeks you will have the tools you need to maintain a mindfulness practice for yourself, from home.
