Why I Offer β€œPay What you Wish” for my 10 Day Self Care Challenge

From the moment I discovered these healing arts, such as Yoga and Meditation, I felt drawn to share them. These practices give us access to our own innate healing ability and once you learn them, they are free to use.

The more people that access and practice them, I believe, the less pain and suffering there is in the world.

I was lucky to travel and did a lot of deep searching. I came across wonderful teachers and practices that have helped me on my own healing and wellness journey. Through these practices I found a deep connection to inner peace, health and harmony.

I feel lucky to have had the chance to find these teachers and these practices. It is my life’s mission to share these practices and teachings with others in hopes they, too, can feel the benefits.

Often when people come across these teachings they find reasons why they can't dive into them. They feel they don’t have the money to invest. Or maybe they fear what they will have to face on the journey. Maybe they think they don't have time.

This 10-Day Self Care Challenge is a mini course I put together to make it accessible for ANYONE to have at least a taste of this work and these teachings.

It is accessible financially and also requires very little investment of time.

In this course, I offer a taste of simple ideas; things anyone can do to nourish themselves, to connect with themselves, and to heal themselves.

It starts with just a few minutes each day of breath awareness or mindful movement or gratitude.

Just a few minutes each day.

I ask a few really good questions, like: What brings you joy?

The course is short and sweet and to the point. Anyone could do it and experience immediate benefits.

You get to see in just 10 days simple, everyday steps you can take to feel better in mind and body.

This mini- course offers you community while you move through the practices, so if you get stuck you have access to support and guidance. It is self-guided and self-paced, but if you  need help, it's available.

Obviously, it takes more than 10 days to establish new habits, but this mini course is a way to get started.

I think everyone should have access to these practices and this is my offering to help people take a first step.

'Pay what you want wish' removes common barriers and gives everyone a chance to take better care of themselves.

Besides seeing the benefits of these practices in my own life, I have see my students benefiting from these teachings as well.

With these online resources and platforms, it has never been easier to access these wisdom teachings.

Allowing people to pay what they want eliminates the excuse of money.

The truth is, it's never really about the money. We struggle to put ourselves first. We do everything but take care of ourselves.

We are under the impression this kind of work can wait. We don't ever feel ready to do it.
