A Vision for Our Future
Our thoughts are powerful!
We are creators.
Our thoughts and words and deeds ripple out into the world and manifest into reality.
We are bombarded with all kinds of information these days. At every turn we hear doom and gloom around our planet, the climate and so many other terrible bits of news. It is easy to fall into the trap of seeing our future as hopeless. We have been spending so much time listening to the news and social media.
I want to offer a vision of LIGHT and GROWTH and EXPANSION.
Despite us living in a time of great change, I believe there is much to be hopeful for.
Old systems are falling. Old ways no longer making any sense.
We don’t need to criticize how we got here. There is no use in blame or shame. We are here. We are living in a time where the path forward seems no longer clear.
We have muddled our focus. Values have become blurred. We no longer have a clear sense of what matters or where we are headed.
Let’s create a new vision TOGETHER. Let’s acknowledge what is no longer working and contribute to what we want to see.
I envision a world where we appreciate fresh food. I see a movement away from fast food, packaged and processed foods and a movement towards growing our own food. I see communities coming together to work out their own local food security and relying less on factory farms and companies that have profit in mind, over health.
I see us educating ourselves about health and taking responsibility. A world where we no longer have such a reliance on pharmaceutical medicines. I see a world where the old plant knowledge is revived and we re-discover and grow our relationship to the natural world and see the ways that Earth provides us with the medicine we need.
I see a world where we honour Indigenous wisdom and traditions and heal the wounds that have been created through colonialism, wars and division.
I believe we are remembering we are One. We are starting to see that excluding anyone from the vision will only cause harm. We are realizing all beings are intricately related and that our well being hinges on the well being of all living things.
I envision a world of compassion, love and kindness. I see a world where we forgive ourselves and others for past wrong doings and a world where we move forward taking these lessons we have learned and creating a peaceful place.
I see a planet where leaders look for balance instead of power. I see the fall of government and a rise in conscious collaboration.
I believe young and fresh minds have the insight and answers of brand new ways of cooperation and sharing. I trust there is enough for everyone and we are starting to realize we don’t need to take so much and hoard things away.
I see a world where people look out for each other. A world where we put people over profit. I see a future where we liberate ourselves from the slave system of money and move into a time of sharing and caring.
I can envision a world where we are healed from our past traumas and living from a place of equanimity. I believe we are realizing we have the capacity to be the change and one human at a time we are healing.
As each of us heal we lead others in that same direction and the ripple effect of us doing our own healing work creates an ocean of change.
I believe the old ways of patriarchy, control, greed and disparity are falling; disintegrating. I see us finding a beautiful balance of our masculine and feminine qualities and utilizing them both to create a balanced and beautiful world.
I see us re-writing our ways. I see us feeling empowered to be the amazing creators that we are. I see us remembering we are one and shedding these divisive patterns.
I see education being revolutionized. I see kids learning from life and nature and elders. I see beauty and growth and truth being put at the forefront. I see competition against each other dropping away and all those limiting beliefs about how we can work together re-written.
We are starting to realize we are One. The way forward is through loving kindness. We are doing our healing work and it is taking us to a place of hope.
Yes we are living in a time when we get to see all the pain surface. We are having to acknowledge the imbalances that have been created. We are witnessing the fragmentation, the division and all the pain that this causes.
It is a part of the shift. All of this has to surface to be released.
Don’t be scared of what you see in the world. See it as a collapse of old systems. See it is a result of past mistakes and move in the direction of creating this new vision with me.
Put your time and effort into healing work. Put your energy into positive projects. Tend to your garden. Build networks of people who can also see this kind of a world.
Work together. Speak your truth. Hold your vibe high. Spend your days nourishing yourself and doing your own healing work. Contribute your energy where you are called to and say no to things that feel wrong.
Commit to owning your own power and don’t give it away to people who have shown you they aren’t on the right track. Take full responsibility for your choices and put your energy into the change you want to see.
I see many of you out there doing this. Many of us are feeling this call from within. Our consciousness is rising. I see all the beautiful ways we are evolving.

Don’t be scared to dream big and add your beautiful, creative power to this giant wave of positive change.
Together we can rise. I see us all starting to play our part. Losing the fears that have been holding us back and allowing ourselves to shine.
