If you have time, watch them once before you get on the mat. Pay attention to the small details as you watch me move and talk you through the body.

When you do your own practice, mostly listen. If you have to look, turn your head without lifting it. Try not to crank you head to see.

After several plays, several days, you will feel more familiar with the language and the movements. Looking will become less and less important.

Overtime you can close your eyes and let my words help you feel inside your own body. If you have to glance as a reminder of where to move, of course peak.
