In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:

Through guided relaxation techniques, journaling exercises, breath awareness and mindful movement you will feel a restored sense of health and wellness.

 

Mindful Movement

Gentle movement that allows you to tune into your body and gives you a chance to let of of stuck energy and alleviate pain and blocks.

 

Breath Awareness

Tap into the power of your breath to help you ground into the present moment. Move through guided breath awareness techniques to help your relax and let go of stress and tension.

 

Journaling

Move through guided writing practices to discover what is holding you back and re-write the story.

 

Relaxation and Meditation

Learn relaxation and meditation techniques that will help you find inner peace and calm.
