Morning pages.
2-3 pages of non stop, stream of consciousness writing.
No editing. No worries about grammar, spelling or even if it makes any sense.
Just pouring the words out onto the page. It's a way for us to see the madness of the mind.
I am running one of my 3 month programs right now and we have been doing some deep work. The participants are showing up in a big way. To the mat. To group calls. And doing their own written reflections.
Often when we reflect about our lives, our patterns and where are are stuck we bump into limiting beliefs. The morning practice, meditation and writing can show us what is going on inside.
The Work by Byron Katie is a powerful way to break through our mental blocks.
If you have never heard of it I HIGHLY recommend you look into it. She has create a BUNCH of RESOURCES. They are worth looking at.
