Consistency is Key ~ How to Develop Discipline

whole health Aug 02, 2023

Developing a daily practice is a game changer if you want to experience whole health.

Developing the discipline can be tough. It isn’t easy to get out of bed and get to your mat, until you make it a habit.

That is what my deep dive program is all about. Teaching people how to prioritize their practice. It is about helping people carve out that time. It is a chance to work through limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging patterns.

Doing it alone can feel impossible. With a group and a framework it becomes easier.

I love providing people with support and encouragement as they work through the obstacles. Everyone runs into challenges as they choose to take care of their health. Over a lifetime we have developed excuses and habits that get in our way.

I have no judgement. I have been through it myself.

I have helped hundreds of people break through what is holding them back. It is exciting to watch people get clear and committed.

I get to see all kinds of reasons people create why they can’t get to their mat. It becomes almost funny to see the way we all say the same things. It is odd that we find it so difficult to commit even when we know it is so good for us.

That is why we need support, guidance, accountability and encouragement.

There is power in joining a group of people who are committed to doing the work. We gain strength by watching others stay the course. We learn from being alongside others who are on the same journey.

I love running people through this program. I took a break from offering it over the pandemic because it felt like everyone had enough to consider with all of the upheaval of our lives.

Now seems like the perfect time to be putting it out there again.

It feels like people are ripe to prioritize their wellness.

If we learned anything through these last few years it was how valuable our health is. I think we are also realizing that our mental and emotional health has such a huge impact on our overall sense of wellbeing.

Health isn’t just about muscles and agility. Health is mind, body and soul.

It might sound like a tall order but, the reality is, taking care of ourselves is simple. What I teach requires a commitment of just 15 minutes a day.

In the beginning, you need maybe another 15 minutes to absorb the teachings, but once you have them, it is a simple maintenance routine you do every morning.

People think it requires a tonne of time to get healthy. I believe it requires very little time, but a LOT of consistency.

This is what my deep dive program offers. For three months I support you getting your routine going.
I hold you accountable. I help you get through obstacles. I guide you and support you on the journey.

At the end of it you have a practice you can do for life!

We have it within our reach to find balance and harmony. It does take commitment. It does take practice. But it is simple. Easier than you might think!

If you know you are at a time in your life when you are ready to prioritize your own wellbeing reach out! You might be a good fit for my deep dive program.

We start September 10th and there are still a few spots open. Book a call so we can see if the program would be a good fit for you.
